Collective efforts by SubWallet team

All responsibilities during my Head Ambassador tenure will be conducted by the whole SubWallet team, not only me. I therefore act as a representative and core contributor to these collective efforts.

Contributions by SubWallet team in Polkadot

SubWallet entered the Polkadot ecosystem in November 2021, and has since become a proactive agent with major contributions to the ecosystem. Some highlights for the past 2.5 years:

1. Develop products to bring the ecosystem closer to mass users

• **SubWallet:** The most comprehensive and most adopted Polkadot wallet. As of June 2024, SubWallet boasted 1.6M installations and 800K active users and devices across 3 platforms: browser extension, mobile app and web dashboard.
• **Dotinsights:** An interactive Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem map and 6 deep-dive reports on the Polkadot ecosystem including 5 quarterly reports and 1 staking report
• Playnation: Founded by visionaries from SubWallet and Wallacy, Playnation is a Telegram-based gaming multichain wallet that allows users to interact with and play Web3 games. 2 months after launch, Playnation has acquired 140K users with 2.6M games played.

2. Organize local events to introduce Polkadot to users and communities in Vietnam

• Polkadot Decoded 2023 Vietnam Satellite Event series: 500+ attendees, general audience. This series include 3 events:
  • 2 private parties in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City that introduced Polkadot to top product and community builders in Vietnam

  • 1 main event in Hanoi that attracted major Web3 communities in Vietnam and loyal users of the ecosystem: Binance Vietnam, Avail, Kyber Network, Vietnam Blockchain Association,…

3. Attract the best developers to the ecosystem

• Onboarded Appota Group — top 5 game publisher in Vietnam with 55M users worldwide — to Polkadot via Playnation gaming wallet on Telegram.
